By creating a user account, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you don’t agree to these terms then you may not use this website or participate in the Ad Bard Network.
We may change the terms of this agreement from time to time, at which time we will attempt to notify you by email. By continuing to use the website after we post any changes, you agree to these modified terms.
Terms: Publishers are members that display advertisements from the Ad Bard Network on their website. Advertisers are members that buy advertisements to be displayed on publisher websites.
Data & Privacy: Under no circumstances will direct contact information for member websites or advertisers be given or sold to a third party.
Credit Card information is handled by PayPal, and is not stored in our systems.
Publishers: The Ad Bard Network collects information about your website, including but not limited to how many times advertisements are displayed and clicked, where these advertisements are displayed and clicked, and information about who has viewed and clicked these advertisements. We strive to make all collected information about your website freely available to you. Information collected about your website is made freely available to advertisers displaying advertisements on your website. The information collected is retained indefinitely for reporting purposes, however each month we replace the real IP addresses with made up IP addresses on any data that is over 12 months old.
Advertisers: The Ad Bard Network collects information where your advertisement has been displayed and clicked, including but not limited to how many times advertisements are displayed and clicked, where these advertisements are displayed and clicked, and information about who has viewed and clicked these advertisements. We strive to make all collected information about your advertisement freely available to you. Information collected about your advertisement is made freely available to websites displaying your advertisements. The information collected is retained indefinitely for reporting purposes, however each month we replace the real IP addresses with made up IP addresses on any data that is over 12 months old.
Registration: In order to purchase advertisements from the Ad Bard network or to display advertisements from the Ad Bard Network you must create a valid Ad Bard user account and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to (a) immediately notify Ad Bard of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Ad Bard cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this. In consideration of use of the Ad Bard Network, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Ad Bard has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Ad Bard has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Users must be 18 years of age or older.
Supply: It is the goal of the Ad Bard Network to sell up to 25 monthly advertisements each month, and up to 6 daily advertisements each month. We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to sell this many advertisements each month. If we do not sell all advertisement slots, we may use some of the remaining slots to freely advertise the Ad Bard Network, and we may give away free advertisement slots to appropriate third parties. All advertisements displayed on the Ad Bard Network will undergo a review process in which members can vote for or against its display. The weight of each website's vote will be determined based on a recent sampling of how many advertisements they display each day. Advertisements receiving less than 50% positive votes from member websites will not be displayed on the Ad Bard Network.
Contact: As an active Ad Bard Member you will receive several emails related to your account each month. You can configure your account to receive less email, but we will always contact you if you are having any technical issues with the network, or if we run into any billing or payment problems. By creating your user account you are agreeing to let us contact you. We will not provide your contact information to third parties without your explicit consent.
Guarantee: As an Ad Bard Network member or advertiser, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
Refunds: Ad Bard Network publishers do not pay anything to participate, so they do not qualify for refunds. Ad Bard Network advertisers can receive refunds for unused portions of their advertisements at their request. Refunds will be provided through the same means that payment was originally collected.
Payment: Advertisers on the Ad Bard Network pay in advance to have their advertisements displayed. The amount that is paid to each publisher is determined at the end of the month, based on how many advertisements were sold minus any refunds. The algorithm used to determine payment to publishers will continue to evolve as time goes on, and will be provided to publishers each month. The algorithm used to determine payment will take into account how much money was raised, how many publishers were active that month, and what percentage of the overall views and clicks came from each publisher.
Payments for advertisements are made to our parent company, Tag1 Consulting, Inc. Payments to publishers are made from our parent company, Tag1 Consulting, Inc.

Law and Jurisdiction: Contracts are governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Florida in the United States, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Florida, US courts.
Age: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are 18 years of age or older.
